Coding Workshops

It is important that kids have an understanding of the digital world in which they live. If we want to set children up for academic success and prepare them for the jobs of the future, they must learn how to code. Coding helps kids develop academic skills, build qualities like perseverance and organization, and gain valuable 21st century skills that will translate into a future career. Coding provides kids with the tools to create a world of limitless possibilities, one where they can build their own paths and solutions. To help kids develop their 21stcentury skills and teach them the basics of coding, Together with Gamma IT Solutions, Futura hosted 60 kids at 3 coding workshops in July and November of 2019.
