Technovation for Girls

Futura is proud to collaborate with Technovation to bring a global technology and entrepreneurship program to girls in Aruba. Through this initiative, we inspire young girls to become creators — not just consumers — of technology.

Each year, participants aged 10–18 work in teams to identify a problem in their community, design a mobile app or AI solution, and pitch their ideas to a panel of judges. Along the way, they gain skills in coding, design thinking, teamwork, and leadership — all while building the confidence to imagine and engineer a better future.

By supporting Technovation, Futura helps equip the next generation of female leaders with the tools and mindset to thrive in the innovation economy.
